Boredom creeps in….

Kaleebso trip has 3 more parts to go. Yes, Im DAMN BLOODY LAZY to blog about it anymore.

I just its yesterdays news, so, no motivation to blog about it. Oh well, it is up in  my facebook anyways.

I don’t feel like blogging today, or the whole of last week, dont know why… sigh…

Yea, I guess its cos so much has been happenning at work, going through changes and all, and then my health is really going down the drain. Been having dizzy spells, nausea, headaches. And no, I AM NOT PREGNANT. It’s just a bad combo of post Kaleebso trip, motion sickness, bad weather, feeling very fat and boredom.

Yes, a sudden holiday can do more harm than good. As I felt a sudden happiness when we embarked on the boat trip, and it all ended  lil too fast. I miss being able to sleep anytime of the day. Sighh… and wish that work is somehow more motivation, a lil crappy to scramble in the dark and not knowing if the safety net below will catch you, or if there is even any safety  net at all!!~~!! Sigh.. grown up problems… hate being a grown up.

Mom kept calling and SMS-ing, whining that I need to see her more often. ALRITE ALRITE… will go back this week I guess…. sighhh

On the high side, i get to eat satay celup, ikan bakat, oh chien and lotsa good food again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow is Friday. Yay!!~~!!~~!!

Will be watching a movie with the batangs (who most of them found a gf, so I gotta stop calling them that).

CLubbing plans Sat, and visiting Dad Sunday. Oh well… life goes on…

Kaleebso Trip – Part 1

May still wi wang wang, pening pening lalat, woozy woozy…

Over the long wesak day weekend, sayang & I, with some collegues and friends too a short trip. Was a live on board thingy, to Tioman. Not the island itself, but some other small areas/islands around it. It was suppose to be a dive trip. They go from dive spot to dive spots. And.. did i meantion? WE LIVE ON BOARD! Know what that means? 24/7 on a woobly rocky lil boat. So rock while you eat, wobbled around the teeny bathroom while you shower or taking a dump. (come to think of it, i cant take a dump cos was bz concentrating on balancing myself). So anyways. as soon as i step on board, major seasick! Maybe because I was buzy packing the whole day, and a 6 hours ride in Daryls car all the way to some very ulu jetty. Dont get me wrong, although im complaining sooooooooooooo much, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE TRIP! (but wont go on a boat trip ever again.. )

We arrived at the jetty bloody late, almost 12 midnight. Dead tired, car sick and sleepy. Heres Sayang struggling with our super (overpacked as usual) luggage. Poor thing..  I think was almost 10kg.. and look at the long walk on the jetty behind him… SOb SOb… feel so bad

Yet, I was excited to get on board. was in such  super holiday mood.

Was feeling a bit sea sick, trying to get better by enjoying the sea breeze and having a hot cup of milo. BUt I went to sleep in like 5 minutes. Too nausea to even talk. Captain was kind, and gave me PLASTIC BAGS, ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

 

Woke up with a great sunrise. Well, not so great actually… sunrise was blocked by that little island… but the few following days, managed to catch the sunrise… YIPPPEEEEEEEEEE

Food is just so tempting. And the fresh air made me really really hungry!!!!!!

Breakfast is just heavenly. Plenty of choices, super good indomee!!

After breakfast, time for the divers to do ther 1st dive for the trip. Me & sayang dont drive. So hmmmmm… what should we do? Sayang spotted a little beach nearby our boat, looks very deserted.. and PRIVATE. Hehehehhe… time to make some fantasies come true!!!!!!! Just us, nice morning sun, clean beach, coral spot for snorkling… WOOOHOOOOOOO

Captain was really nice about us going to the beach. Told his crew to send us there with the speed boat, and set a time for him to pick us again. SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too windy, hair flying allllllll over… wasnt really to be photographed at all… hmm…. notice that this trip, i have so many unprepared shots. POst up all the pics on facebook, and some “friends” kept commenting on the ugly pixxies.. OH YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! KNNNCBB!

Was really really happy to have a little quiet moment just the two of us. Its pretty strange walking around a deserted beach and island. Reminds me of cast away!!! hahahaha… luckily Kaleebso stayd near us to keep an eye. Sayang went snorkling.. I LAZY! so lepaked by the beach, playing sand, enjoying the morning sun. Tried to make a sand castle, but dunno how. Sand was super fine and felt so good. Rolled around a little, whole body covered in sand. Saw some teeny crabs running around and toward the water.. hehehe.. wonder if they will bite? Sayang had so much fun snorkeling. Saw some pretty nice corals, and some fishies. I have a feeling he is taking up diving soon… and.. sigh… sob sob… I have a big problem with my balance and will never take up diving.. sob sob. 3 days after the trip I am still feeling dizzy… argh… im such a weakling..

Nikko Hotel Breakaway

Had a short break last 2 weeks at Nikko Hotel.

Nothing much to write about actually, just had a night stay there, had a really good dinner, some good time by the pool and lotsa cuddling session. *wink *wink

I was ever complaining about the super huge arms of mine, and how my regular uzap just cant work. Was window shopping in One Utama last week and saw the UZAP MINI! But as we are saving up for the house and wedding, decided not to buy it.

But my sweet sweet sayang went to get it for me anyway!!~~!!!~~!!!

Who’s the Bastard?

This is the most inhuman and horrifying stories I’ve ever heard.

It’s hateful and sad to hear stories about those who were kidnapped, raped, gang raped, sodomized, etc…

But reading and knowing about this case shocked me to the core, a human being can be so sadistic and inhuman.

This 73 year old pervert, Josef Fritzl had locked up his 18 year old daughter for 24 years in a underground dungeon that he built. This bastered fathered seven more children after locking up and repeatedly raping his daughter Elisabeth. How can anyone do something like this, especially to your own child. How can he sleep at night knowing his daughter is sleeping in a cold dungeon. Damn… he is probably not even thinking how was her sleeping condition, just thinking he need to keep her alive to F*CK more. Bloody bastard! Ma HASH BROWN! Argh… its frustrating to hear things like this. Situations as such make me wish im living in those olden days, medieval times or whatever where they tie criminals to a tree or pole in public so that the rest and torment him and leash our their frustration. I do wish that he is chained up somewhere near and I will go and cut his body all over with a knife and see him bleed. Also, would wish to chop his penis off… but not with one swift action but more like tearing the ligamen up. And maybe get a horse or a bull to sodomize him. Its horrifying that this torture went on for 24 freaking years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get sad and mad when hear of girls getting raped, but their ordeal, is over way before 24 years. Not that Im saying its not hurtful, it’s life changing and kills you inside.. but being raped by your own father for 24 freaking years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m suprise she is still sane, and can take care of the other children. For me, I would kill myself before letting this kill me inside…

RED PARTY

Wednesday night, instead of clubbing, mambo night at zouk… guess where was I?

Was at a house party with the batangssssssss!!~~!!~~!! yeah yeah.. must buy lottery this time…. I’m actually giving up Mambo Night for a chill out session at home. Dont know why, just dont ask. Somehow dont feel like it. Call me auntie or whatever, but that mellow spell has attacked. Bad? To Kevin it is a darn good thing… hahaha

So Batangs Night has been quite a regular thingy lately. I know, sounds kinda vulgar eh, B A T A N G.

But it is true, all guys, with the extra piece of equiptment… it figures eh…. eh friend commented I am so unlady like, saying words like Batangs, and other worse curse words. Another friend actually taught me a new term. Instead of Ma Chee Bye funk it to Ma Hash Brown. Dont ask why, but thats what he said… and I think it sounds kinda comical.

Back to Red Party.. why the title? Batangs Night has been just a gathering… never see it as a ‘party’ per se. Well… but Im not giving up Mambo for just a ‘gathering’, so planned a party like theme this time.

And we ding dong-ed for a while, Black theme? Red? White? Finally decided on RED RED! Which I think is super super duperly cool! Got over excited and bought some red stuff for this party

Those who didnt, we punished them by drinking nic whisky from a baby’s bottle. Yummy right guys? Seeing that you cant tell red colour from others, guess its back to the basic by sucking on the teat guys… muahahahahahaha (evil laugh)

This UNCLE here was shy about it. Talking about an ego blow eh… Had to persuade him so hard to take a ’suck’. And he had to be all un-sporting about it. Duh…. UNCLE!

Keng too need a bit of persuading. BUT to his defence, he wasnt told of the theme. Zaien conveniently ‘forgot’ to inform him!

I know! Zaien was wearing red.. yet… he VOLUNTEERED to drink from the bottle too. Talking about being a ’sucker’ eh..

This weekend shall be a pretty quiet one, more of a chilling out and spending time with family. Mothers DAY! (not that im celebrating.. )

Welcoming May

So the short break was finally over. Pretty refreshing I would say. But thought that next day labour day should be at least 3 days. So we dont have to eat up our leave days. Whats the point of teasing us labourers is Labor Day is just a bloody short day. NOT very rewarding right? Mogok Mogok!!~~!!

ANyyyywayyyysss….

I started the Month of May by doing lotsa eating. Come to think of it, I do pretty much the same thing as every other weekend. Sleep, Eat, Drinnk (SED) <- not sad!

I have an annoying habit. When it comes to me cooking, I tend to experiment a lot. And when I’m not sure whats wrong with the taste, I tend to add in anything my gut feel tells me to. Could be vareity of sauces, salt, pepper, or even stuff i can find like eggs and tofu. I know, sounds gross. If Im lucky, can turn out pretty good. Sometimes, pretty sucky. But my poor sayang will still swallow everything and say it taste alright.

So few days back history repeats itself again. Was suppose to make corn & pork soup. Somehow, itchy backside and feeling adventurous, I wanted to turn the dish into something else. So I tried kung fu style yee mee, but with pork and corn. Cook cook cook… felt it taste bland, so threw  in some vege. Then still somethings not right, threw in tau fu pok and white to fu. Stir stir stir a bit more, felt it dont look like kung fu chow, so break in an egg. Then add all kinds of sauces, and ta daaaa…. one of the suckiest kung fu chow yee mee i have ever tasted. As expected and as always, sayang wallop the whole plate and says “yummy”

This was the regular soup, which tasted alright. (weird that there is tau foo though…)

 

OK.. come to some yummy food now.

Went to our regular place (somewhere in PJ la) <– Thank god im not a food blogger, I suck big time

This was the smoothest an yummiest porridge I’ve ever tasted. Comes with bits of crackers on top and bitchin sauce. YUM YUM! 

And it’s to be eaten with duck meat, salted vege and duck intestine. I know, gross right, but its super yummy. Theres a saying that chinese would just eat anything that has it’s back facing the sun. I think its so right…. Ive eaten all sorts of crap, like worms, croacoches, ostrich meet, rabbit, snake, bat, turtle… Im such a garbage bin. No wonder im bloody fat!  

And another quite yummy food was at The Social in Bangsar. Accompany my sayang to catch his footie match MU vs Westham and have some dinner at the same time.

It’s been quite a while we have a nice picture together. I think this is a good picture for both of us. (at least sayang’s eyes is not a little SLIT) <– I AM SO MEAN!

 Later, head to Holiday Villa Subang to chill with the batangs. However, the live band that was playing was…. ALLEYCATS!!!!~~!!!

and boy.. dont they suck! Guess they were getting old and… i dont know.. mellowed..

Songs selection was crappy, performanceship was… crappy too… and.. the “Trima Kashih” which was their trademark… wasnt energenic and all… oh well… gone were the days…

So we ended up chilling in Sanctuary instead… ah.. clubs are still the best choice for a Sat night!!~~!!~~!

 

 

 

Home Made Popiah

Im on leave today!!!!

Yeah yeah! No work!

But, well… being on smartmail kind of says 24/7 at work actually.. sigh….

ANYWAYSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS… this short holiday was really fun so far! Had a lil RED PARTY with some buddies on Wed night, had a BLAST! Will upload pictures and blog about it later. Also, went to the home decor fair yesterday, very satisfied and… panicking about $$ now! But oh well, life goes on right? Part and parcel of being an adult.

Heres a little something that many dont know (or maybe its just me that is such a ‘jakun’)

Saigon Popiah!

Sis in law made this actually. I think its a brilliant idea for parties and gathering. Easy to make and fun to ‘assemble’ them too.

Here the popiah ’skin’. Its made our of rice. Its like a super hard plasticky thingy. Apply some hot water on it, and it will soften instantly.

 It’s content should be corn, carrots, cucumber, lettuce, and i added eggs myself. Its different from the regular popiah. More like a vegetarian popiah.

Here’s how it looked all wrapped up.

And we also had the conventional popiah. With ‘mengkuang’ and all. Mom in law made it. YUM YUM!

The part i love the most is to assemble it actually.  

May takes a BIG BIG bite… YUM YUM
